Since our parish family is growing so rapidly, it is difficult to recognize each individual as attending Mass and receiving the Sacraments regularly. We remind everyone that your use of your envelopes allows the Rectory staff to create a record of verifiable practice of the Catholic faith (attending Sunday Mass regularly), should you be asked to be a godparent, sponsor, or matrimonial witness and require an Eligibility Certificate. If you believe that you should have received envelopes and did not, please contact the Rectory.

If you wish to become a registered parishioner please click on CENSUS FORM and print out the form.  You may fill it out and bring it to the Rectory during regular business hours.

If you are a registered parishioner and you have a change to your address or phone number please contact the Rectory or CLICK HERE to print and fill out a form.
