an excerpt from a letter from Bishop Bambera

Effective immediately, and until further notice, Bishop Joseph C. Bambera, in union with the Bishops of Pennsylvania, has dispensed the faithful of the Diocese of Scranton from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass. ●Left (west) on 6 to Hawley.

●Make a left off of Main Ave. on to Church St

●go two blocks to Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Peace Church (the last church on the hill) The parking lot is in the rear

 

From I-81

●take I-84E/I-380S toward Milford. Left at exit for I-84 (Milford Exit).

●Take I-84 east to Rt. 590 the Hamlin exit.

●590 east till it meets Rt. 6 (At the end of Lake Wallenpaupack).

●Left on 6 to Main Ave in Hawley.

●Make a left off of Main Ave. on to Church St

●go two blocks to Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Peace Church (the last church on the hill) The parking lot is in the rear

●take Wallenpaupack exit for Rt. 507.

●Take 507 north to Shiney Mountain Rd (on right)

●make a right. Go up the hill to the sign for St. Veronica’s and make a right into the parking lot.

 

From I-81
